The mad chemist has infiltrated the ranks of XCOM! He is eager to test his concoctions on all hostile extraterrestrials while having a cheerful, hearty laugh about it.

  • A couple of rarely occuring SFX which any top laner will be sure to notice
  • Accessible only to male characters
  • Compatible with WOTC if the Alternative Mod Launcher is used

Singed is a character from League of Legends by Riot Games.

You could probably add voice lines from Arcane to really give it some extra zazz. I don't know if you're still around and have the mod project available, but I think it would be neat. It's a small amount to add, but would give it some extra flavor.
