No Cut Efficiency for Iron Fortress Armour Set - Lore Friendly Armor Set

A continuation of the "No Cut Efficiency" revolution started by Lyston.

This mod in particular removes cut efficiency from the Iron Fortress Armour created by LordHapless.

I checked Masterwork and Prototype stats. The Masterwork should be correct, while anything lower has a potential <2% - 0% margin of error, due to how cut resistance is calculated by the game.

Also note that the Sabatons never had cut efficiency, thus they are unchanged.

Be sure to to have the original Iron Fortress Armour mod installed, and place this below it in the mod order.
