The Man in the Candy the Cat suit is based on Candy the Cat. If the player names themselves 'Candy' or 'Candy the Cat,' the Phone Guy will scream, and the player will be immediately fired. It is highly likely that the Man in the Candy Cat Suit was responsible for Abel's death at the Nebraska location.
