Chair Surf n' Slip

A variation of the Chair Surf Dropkick where the attacker loses their balance and slips off, launching the chair into the defender's face instead... or possibly off into the distance if they're unlucky

I should note the defender needs to be at least a mid-ring distance away for it to hit, but as long as they are, it seems to hit consistently

Damage is similar, but a bit lower than the Chair Surf Dropkick, but the bleed probability and critical type are the same (25, finisher)
