Exquisite Water and Strategic Map

For those that have taste, or get seasick from waves.

Removed reflections from water, removed waves, added a stronger blue.
Made coastlines not fade until zoomed out to strategic map for some extra depth.

Strategic map now has a more texture and colour on the water.
Terrain on land to make the transition from the map to the strategic map less jarring.

Works with Iron Man, but not with existing Iron Man saves.
Can be used with existing non-Iron Man saves.

Looks best with (but not required) "Sea, No Fog", maybe. It's subjective.
