Miyuki Takara as Coach / Francis

This mod is compatible with other Lucky Star survivor mods as long as there are no character overlaps.

Updated mod to v3.20
* Models now animate correctly on multiplayer dedicated servers.
* Miyuki replaces Francis instead of Louis (temporary)
* Icons for Miyuki swapped for L4D1 chars to reflect the above changes.

Sorry to everyone that ran into the animation issues with L4D1 characters on dedicated multiplayer servers.
This has now been fixed.
