描述
This is a compatibility patch between Mog Kupo's Exalted Domination and my updated version of Vassals Expanded and Reworked.

I have slightly altered the vassal types from Exalted Domination to make them pay some taxes to bring them more in line with the VEAR vassal types.

- Doesn't have the VEAR Beneficiary subject type, as Exalted Domination has a similar subject type already. As well, only hive minds can use the Exalted Xenoharvest vassal type. It's too similar to the blood tributary to allow regular empires to use it.

@Designer225 - Yeah, I made it so that with ED, changing vassals follows those rules. I'm still not sure how I feel about it.

Seems like protectorates can no longer have their empires changed. This seems to be intentional for ED, but not for VEAR. Would it be possible for a protectorate to change into a VEAR subject (and Vassal), but not an ED subject? (Admittedly this could be used to change a subject to an ED subject in a roundabout manner, but eh.)
