Mobile Home Trailer 3

Single wide mobile home trailer based on the Champion Diamond 1670 215 with optional end wall treatment and side dormer. This home features 1,001 Square Feet, 3 Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms.

Technically, this is neither a mobile home nor a trailer. The term was officially changed to manufactured home by the Manufactured Housing Institute’s National Communities Council as of June 15, 1976. Manufactured homes are built as dwelling units of at least 320 square feet (30 m2) in size with a permanent chassis to assure the initial and continued transportability of the home. The requirement to have a wheeled chassis permanently attached differentiates "manufactured housing" from other types of prefabricated homes, such as modular homes. Despite the formal definition, mobile home and trailer are still common terms in the United States for this type of housing.

This one is slightly larger than the older models, and with the stairs/landings to the exterior doors ended up being bigger than a single tile lot. I have offset the building so that it will give a similar spacing with the other trailers.
