Sonny Onoo

Sonny Onoo joined WCW in behind the scenes role before transitioning into managing. He led Team New Japan against Team WCW in a World Cup series in 1995, then continued to bring in additional NJPW stars. He notably introduced Masahiro Chono and The Great Muta in 1996 and 1997, with both wrestlers turning on him immediately to join the nWo.

Onoo's client list included at times Ultimo Dragon, Bull Nakano, Psychosis, La Parka, Ernest Miller, and Yuji Nagata. He left WCW in late 1999.
