Race Improvements

Ultimately I want to improve every aspect of the race system so that your race effects more than just what you look like. Currently I have made an edit to the passive racial traits so that they don't just boost your initial stats, they actually make a difference in combat, because its not hard to get your skills to high levels anyway.

Later on, i will probably make a second add-on mod which will make a few DLC races playable as well as a couple of races that should be playable anyway playable. Maybe including chicken. You'll have to wait and see... :P

IMPORTANT: No work will be made on this mod for a couple of days. I had around 500 mods in use and my computer decided to delete them all so I'm having to go through my list re-installing them all.

Altmer:
20% cheaper destruction spells

Dunmer:
25% boost to damage done by fire spells.

Bosmer:
15% increased arrow damage and speed, recover 40% faster from poison.

Nord:
15% boost to 1-handed attacks
Shout cooldown 20% faster

Redguard:
15% faster heal rate in combat
10% extra damage with all weapons.

Breton:
Magic related skills level up 20% faster.

Khajiit:
20% easier to sneak
(Next update will add lowered fall damage and increased movement speed.)

Argonian:
25 point boost to armour rating

Imperial:
20% easier to bribe, 5% better prices in shops.
(May or may not become boost to all speechcraft)

Orsimer:
Able to smith as though they had the Orcish Smithing perk from level 1.
10% increased damage from two-handed attacks.
25 point boost to carry weight.
