Krajzen's Buff - Ballista

描述
Buffs Roman Ballista unit, which previously was almost indifferent from Catapult. Now, Ballista can fire without set - up - this is interesting from gameplay point of view and historically accurate, because Roman ballistas were relatively easy to transport and use (they were even used to fighting with street riots - try that with Catapult!)

I have one personal request - can you switch polish winged hussars into the replacement of knights (instead of lancers, which as cavalry class came way after the end of hussars; while at the end of Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth was turning into cavalry)? I'm asking because this unit was used in such wide purposes as knights/cavalry used to be, not purely anti-cavalry unit .
