Chair Surf (taunt)

You know those dumb ideas that pop into your head when you're half asleep that you remember later and go "yeah wtf was that about?" This is one of those. In lieu of a skateboard prop, this might do for Mark Andrews-style skate entrance, though

Best use of it imo is as an entrance ramp taunt and put as the first ramp taunt slot (not the *top* of the ramp, 'cause then they won't go anywhere) via entrance craft, then use a 2nd rope taunt for the ring part, but it can be used however. Anyone doing it in the ring will finish hovering outside of it, then fall to the floor like Wile E. Coyote
