Paintable Lucky Shot

This will make the Lucky Shot Paintable. The texture was slighty changed for make the hat paintable.

Known Issues: Since this hat already comes with an alpha mask, I had to remove that to implement paintabillity, without the previous alpha mask, the rocket may light up a bit more, the other alpha mask was set to not reflect any light on that area. Since I don't know or I don't think it's even possible to make a double alpha mask for a texture. This is the only way to make the hat paintable, with that area being reflected by lights.
