I can confirm it works. You just do what the mod says - tick immortal, select the modifications you want, then untick it and move the difficulty sliders if you want to. Then start the game. The challenges menu dissapearing is supposed to happen after you untick immortal because that would be extremely hard to code out of the game, but it's just a visual effect. You still get the modifications even though you no longer see it from the game setup menu.

Tried this but everytime I untick the immortal, the challenges menu will disappear?

Herm, if I'm reading it right it allows you to activate the challenges that normally are only accessible for Immortal. Such as the Flood Dragon's cave appearing at day 30, or adding 4 beasts to your map instead of just 1.

Can someone explain how this is used? and what is this mod for? I don't understand even with the description.
