LSM says there are a BUNCH of assets missing from this. Obviously it's only detailing work, but consider this a heads-up for the asset creator and asset users.

Which tree assets did you use? Maybe you could add them to the required items.
There also appears to be an issue with the concrete texture getting blacked out when zooming close to the building.
