Replaces the houndeye with a remake of the HL1 version.

Only replaces the normal ones for now. Suicide and knockback versions will come later.

The plan was to make entirely new designs for them since they aren't actually in HL1, but I never got around to it. I still would like to eventually do it, but I have many other things I also want to do.

Hi! I would like to use this model in an EZ2 mappack i'm making, and i wanna ask you if it's okay, since there is an addon on EZ2 which adds your houndeye models into EZ2?
