Apologies, but I'm not sure why it's been working for me, just has, even though the version numbers change, the stats keep working the way this mod is supposed to make them work. At least that's been my experience. Because some of the mods I use get up to over 2000% armor value. so I know it works because those still show as being that value whether on or off a colonist.
Works with my weapons too for both melee and ranged, ranged usually get a range boost over the 100% value don't really remember if that's a vanilla thing or not.
Still works.
