Flatgrass 2021 (classic flatgrass in modern flatgrass)

All the other classic flatgrass maps aren't doing it, they are all too small (or are stuck in fullbright). so heres one with max building size, using all the features from the original flatgrass.

map name is: gm_flatgrass_2021

Features:
-Even less brush work
-Skypaint
-3D Skybox
-NPC Nodes (3380 AI Nodes)
-Navmesh
-Cubemaps
-CSM, StormFox and Atmos support (light_environment)
-Good FPS
