Jim Powers

Jim Powers wrestled for the WWF from 1984-1994 as well as for WCW from 1996-1998.

Powers teamed up with Paul Roma for a few years as The Young Stallions, but after the team broke up, Roma joined Power and Glory and Powers became a singles wrestler. On his own, Powers was mostly a jobber to the stars.

After leaving the WWF, Powers had brief stops in a few smaller organizations, including ECW. He signed with WCW in 1996 and scored wins over multiple lower-card wrestlers, but always fell short against more established stars in the company. He teamed up with Bobby Walker in 1997 for a short time, but continued to compete in singles matches, which he began losing regularly.

Powers injured his neck in 1998 and left WCW shortly after, then retired for nearly a decade before wrestling off and on for a few indies from 2007-2010.
