Modification of the vanilla map originally created by Zachery Moe

Changelog
- added Loach to Firebase Helipad (experimental)
- added 'Firebase Georgina' wooden signs that weren't used in the vanilla version
- added RedCross tent texture
- re-added a radio to the small shed at the initial objective
- some small folliage optimization
- added driveable M113 (needs ACAVMode) for the South when defending (and attacking if sides are reversed in campaign)
