[OUTDATED] Fixed Stab Vests (The Tower update)

The mod's functionality has been disabled via update, as it is no longer needed. If, for whatever reason, still need the functionality then unarchive the ZIP in the data folder of the mod.

Fixes the misaligned Stab vests that Guards, Armed Guards and ESPECIALLY Dog Handlers have by realigning the straps to cover the shoulders and the frontal plate to cover the heart. Some sprites have also been edited to be re-centered or to remove cutoffs.

As the Island Bound Update also broke Stab Vests for Warden Mode, I have made it so that they no longer show up (the stab vests are still functional).

NOTE: Disabling this mod on an existing save will cause messed sprites. To fix either sack and rehire or save edit the messed guards subtypes to be 0, 1, 2 or 3.
