Jay "C-Note" Becker is a young Canadian worker who is best known for teaming with Malik Cash as The Inner City Express. The duo were picked up by ACPW in 2009, and within three months had become the first ever ACPW tag team champions - they have gone on to add a further two title reigns to their collective CV. Like his partner, Becker is an exciting high flier whose big weakness is his inconsistency.
