If you do use it, read the mod description. Notes:
- Make your tile changes, (remove hills and/or mountains, or if you don't care about canals, you can just change the tiles to water.)
- Make sure Crash safe mode checkbox is enabled in mod options.
- After you're finished your edits with Cheat Map Editor, run Fix game data option in mod options
- To update the graphics (hill changed to flat but still looks like hill) save game, restart game, then reload save
