The M6 is a Belgian double deck passenger car operated by NMBS/SNCB in regional and intercity passenger services.
At first the coaches had a maximum speed of 160km/h, in 2013 some (no cab cars) were updated to 200km/h.

Why would it be 170? :D
The reason I think they didn't update to faster than 160 is because they would have to install ETCS.

It is just like in real life. :) Some coaches were refit to ride 200kmh on the HSL to Liege, but not the tail cars. They always ride loc + coaches + loc on this route.
