Docked on Helios flight deck. Can never take off anymore except delete (destroy) it, tried it with three modules spawned. No ammo in it at the time, so can not be to heavy. Maybe this module needs an update and got none till now

Spawn the Carrier via commands, take out the non essential items, realistically depending on where you build in space, you cannot get base attacks, so its those are the safest areas, which i believe are just any area without a shipyard in the area. If you spawn in the carrier, and replace all the hardened steel with regular steel, and take out the other expensive items, you can get the price down pretty reasonable and upgrade it as you go, making the other Helios modules in the meantime. Mine didnt even have thrusters, it was basically a spacestation

I guess I am going to have to spawn one in single player RE and try it out. I'd like to try the carrier but I think it's gonna be too many resources for me at this time.

Will this take out zirax defense posts on moons with nice ore deposits?

Will this work in standard?

Hey Rickh229 and Mayor, I am no expert on this system specifically, but I can offer what I can.

Rick- The Turrets will not work in the dock. With the system in place, you would park the ship and pull those CV modules out and leave them static for defensive actions.

is this just supposed to sit on the sled and be used as remote mounted turrets? or are you supposed to deploy it? just a little confused on how the turrets on top would work if it was supposed to stay docked
