Hello everybody,

Marella condos is a pack of three condos from my Palm Beach Series. You can use RICO settings by algernon to make it as a residential otherwise you can find it under unique buildings tab - level 3. With Repaint mod by algernon you can change the color of walls. Enjoy

Don't forget to use Loading Screen Mod by thale5 to enable texture sharing.
