The AV-24B is the direct upgrade to the AV-24 Predator Gunship. This enhanced model was built as a multirole attack unit capable of engaging air and surface units alike. The new Predator has enhanced engines, countermeasures, and most importantly; higher performing avionics that allow it to fly and maneuver better than ever before.

For optimal effectiveness, the Predator should be deployed in squads of 2-4. The Predator can handle a variety of ground and air targets but will need to be protected by larger units later in the campaign. The AV-24's armor and protection is pretty substantial for its size but is by no-means invincible. For mid-late game, the AV-24 excels as a support strike craft by dealing damage while being protected by larger vessels. Watch out for ships with extensive missile and laser loadouts.
