Trajan Class Corvette

The Trajan is a small sub 100k material corvette aimed at hard difficulty. It relies on high speeds and it's solid defenses to stay alive and take advantage of its strong APS and Missile systems. For offense, the Trajan has two medium torpedoes, two large missiles, and a strong 50mm six barreled railgun. Although the Railgun is the ships primary weapon, it can also be used as a small CIWS system when needed.

Defensively, the Trajan relies mostly on active defense as it's armor isn't extremely thick in most places. The Trajan is equipped with a two radar decoys, a tiny LAMS, shields and a bunch of missile interceptors. It hopefully is fast enough to outrun all but the quickest of torpedoes.

The built in weaknesses of the Trajan are lack of EMP protection, thumpers that aren't ideally set up (using one turn to get tons of height and then flying downwards), and weak defenses around the engine.
