Hello, dear subscribers and other game fans!
This is a my new great project New Zealand Pack.

This is a multi-level building. It has -1 floor at the back.
To display it in the game, simply build a road around the building and then use the Move it.(Look at the screenshot above).

The Hawkins Theatre placed in Papakura, Auckland, New Zealand.
13 Ray Small Drive, Papakura, Auckland 2110.

Do you mean the mirrored version?
I didn't really plan. Since the building looks like this in the original.
But if you really need to I can make a mirrored version and send it to you personally.
