Small Park Maintenance
A small town version of the Park Maintenance Facility with less Maintenance Trucks but also less operating costs.

I designed this to be used early game when you don't have as many parks and want to keep costs down. Most of the stats are around about half of the base game Park Maintenance Facility.

Features parking spaces that work as well as light props for night illumination. Parking spaces in the back don't fill so that you can place your own Maintenance Truck props.

Construction Cost: 5,000
Fire Hazard: 1
Fire Tolerance: 20
Garbage Accumulation: 4
Maintenance Cost: 500

Sewage Accumulation: 5
Water Consumption: 5

Uneducated Workers: 5
Educated Workers: 5
Well Educated Workers: 5
Highly Educated Workers: 5

Maintenance Radius: 1500
Maintenance Truck Count: 6

Yeah, I have tried to fix this a few times but I just can't seem to move the spawn points, even with the spawn point editor mod. It's a little frustrating but the mod still works so it's not the end of the world. If I can fix this in the future somehow I will. :chirp:

Yes like said this asset is amazing the spawn points are just a bit off :D somehow even moving them with building spawn points doesn't seem to fix it

Oh? Damn. I didn't notice that, not sure I've ever had to move them on my other assets. I'll figure out how to do this and will push an update to this mod once I'm home after the holidays.

your vehicle spawn points are still that of the original large scale park maintenance asset.

had vehicles spawning from the sea! :P as i had it near the coast.
