Enemies Skip Overwatch

Guards, armed drones and turrets skip overwatch, shooting any spotted agent immediately. (Also applies to agency-controlled turrets!)

For anyone familiar with the Overtuned Reflexes guard trait from Advanced Guard Protocol by Cyberboy2000, this is essentially that, but on everyone. Tread lightly.

I threw this mod together by request from the masochistic people on the Invisible Inc Discord who keep wanting to do harder challenge runs. Thought I'd put it on the Workshop for the hek of it ;) but probably won't be expanding or supporting this. Enjoy anyway!
