Change the water pass cost to slow down.

●Chest deep water and Marsh can feel noticeably slowed down.
The river water can be a bit of a drag due to the current.

But not so slow as to make it difficult to move.


*Incompatible with other mods that change the path cost of water.

Can be safely installed and removed during a save.
