I'll just let the videos do the explaining

Carries 60 clusterdrones (7.2km/s Δv), each drone carrying a battery of 16 clusterbomb missiles (each missile has 11.7km/s Δv and the battery gives each an extra 2.5km/s). If the missiles are summed up with the drop tanks as kinetic kill projectiles, then each drone carries 592 projectiles. 60 drones mount up to 35520 projectiles in total. I also slapped on some 1500 small (8.9km/s Δv) 0.1kt nuclear missiles for good measure...

Important notes on the cluster bombs:
-They only show consistent results against single targets or small fleets with no flares. Large fleets armed with flare launchers are a pain to fight with these drones.
-You might have to eyeball the distance and manually release all of the drop tanks, a reasonable distance is usually 10 kilometers from the target. It is also important to get as close of an intercept as possible, and this will usually take some fiddling with the orbit editor.
-Having your camera focused on a missile whilst it gets destroyed will most likely crash your game
-It is more ideal to fire the missiles from the drones in small bursts when fighting against highly mobile warships, so that parrying the missiles becomes more difficult

Late edit: After a while I came to notice that the top armor slabs which both of the missiles use are probably bugged. The game does not seem to give accurate armor weight values for such armor designs at such small vessel sizes. The missile Δv values are thus somewhat illegitimate.
