Nyan Cat Spinner

Well, I've never released these spinner mods and this is a silly one.
The well-known nyan cat meme in 16 flavors, randomized, replacing the original l4d_spinner

This came mostly from an experiment (and proof of concept) to try and randomize an animated texture and treat it like a spritemap using proxies & texturetransform. The VTF uses Point Sample flag to force nearest neighbor / pixel art style scaling.

No, it doesn't conflict with my game menus since it points to custom vtf path via l4d_spinner.vmt. I suggest other spinner mods do the same.

Known bugs:
- during map load, the game reloads materials, so the changes the animation. it's normal.
