A Neofade themed AK-47 allegedly wielded by the leader of some unknown nefarious group of outlaws who used to rule the Hapis Island underworld. Subsequent to the dismantlement and execution of all those involved with the group by the Cobalt Internal Security Forces (CISF), evidence and artifacts such as weapons like this were kept at CISF headquarters for safekeeping. However, due to an accidental breach of the nuclear reactor, CISF HQ had to be abandoned and these artifacts were left behind. Scavengers soon got a hold of them and rumor has it that they've been swapping from the hands of one band of outlaws to the next ever since.
