there is a hole (or cracked wall) in the wall were i think represent the communication behind glass room place were you see in prison. it's clearly big enough for someone to craw through. hack i have player resizer and i should have gone through. but it had invisible wall. for logic sans (were garry's mod is were logic is out of the window) you should be able to go through the hole in the wall.

the sirens always happen (after they Finnish) every 10-30 sec (i didn't keep track on actual time) which is too fast. in games and movies the sirens don't go that fast. my advice is to make it take longer. like every 2, 3 or 4 min apart. or longer. but not as fast as it is right now. it ruins the feeling of when will it make it sound again? the feeling of the unknown. it not fun if you keep track of when it makes it sound again.
but other than those 2 things i believe should be fix, i say it gives me the creeps. bravo.
