MECH-12 Lancer (no mod)

Hi there,

I considered two legs mechas the peak of space engineers' engineering. This is a prototype, the first attempt.

Very small and very basic. Unmanned battle drone, you have to remote control it. Tested on relatively flat ground. No extreme walking scripts, the legs do a simple walking cycle. But I did use a script to control the gyroscopes and improve the balance. That being said, this thing can walk without any script.

This is a slow thing, try not to turn too quickly.

One thing I did on this that is different then most other mechas is that the guns are stabilized and can turn for a little bit.
So that you can aim and shoot.



The core control is very simple. To walk or stop, trigger the timer block (toolbar 4).

Toolbar 5 toggles the manual gyroscope, this disabled the gyroscope control from your side so that you can point the guns. I recommend you do this when you want to shoot.

Toolbar 2 and 3 toggle chest Gatling guns and turret Gatling guns separately.


Like I said, first attempts. I think at least in terms of the stability, this is up to the standard (I hope lol). But there might be other problems that need more time for me to fix.
