Update of NewZoneTools mod

Uniform grow tool: Selects a grow zone in an area matching the fertility of the initially selected tile. Also available in TD Enhancement Pack

Chequer cancel tool: Cancel construction or blueprints in a chessboard like pattern.

Replace wall tool: Place new wall blueprints over existing walls. Use Replace Stuff instead

Cut blighted: A tool to select only plants with blight to be cut. Use Allow Tool instead

@Viri, I use Owlchemist's "Smart Farming", (continued for 1.5 by FerrisCG) which happens to have this as a feature.

@Think3r If I remember correctly the only thing this mod did was to let wall-blueprints be placed over existing walls. Could be fixed in a standalone xml, perhaps that would be better

Damn I need to somehow find a way to put the replace wall tool back. Replace Stuff performance late-game spike too much.
