Plattenbau IW76 Mittelganghaus

Hello Folks,

today I present you the much needed update of Plattenbau fill-in No.2

I renamed the block to its original name "IW76 Mittelganghaus", "Mittelgang" indicating the central hallway, which connects all the apartments.
I chose to re-upload this building instead of updating it, as the dimensions have slightly changed, which could pose problems for already placed buildings in savegames.
Contrary to the old version of this asset, I managed to lower the TRIS count while also achieving a much higher level of detail.
One new feature are the custom fake window interiors, which are a huge step-up in the quality of my models. I will definitely use them for my upcoming assets.


Now for the model:

The building can be found under its name "HAL IW76 Mittelganghaus" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
This asset consists of a residential block with 7x3 lot size, which comes with color mapped balconies. The building is RICO only!. This 5 to 6 floor tall block has 44 homes.
This asset shares its rather bulky texture file with some of my upcoming assets, using the Loading Screen Mod is advised.
