Floatover Brainbuster

That one suplex where you do the thing and then the guy made a took a float and over made a pin

Damage is mostly identical to the uproot brainbuster, but it can critical (tech)

Update: Tweaked a bunch of the floatover bit and added a frame. I think it's an improvement
Update 2: Didn't realize it could knock an opponent out of the ring still, whoops. That looks really goofy on a pin, though
