"Professional condominiums & meeting space." Get all your villagers in one tight spot, get them happy, and get them producing with minimal space wasted. Since I was introduced to villagers & discovered the "nearby chunk" limitation, it was clear to me that a 3x3x3 build could fit 8 villagers fed by the requisite blocks placed in the single center chunk. Packing as many villagers into each chunk as possible would maximize rewards. And currently, 2 such systems can be stacked in a large blueprint. (8 such systems could actually be stacked in a single blueprint, both horizontally & vertically, but there are not enough unique villagers to require that.)

Check pictures carefully! This build requires being lined up along chunks. If you do not do this, you may not get any good rewards. Pics show how to paint your chunks & where to place cornerstone.

SIGN CORRECTION: One of the helpful signs recommends creating coal nodes with tar if your Miners are not working. Miners need obsidian (or any other ore that can be forged) so coal won't help them. However, all the Miners are on the 1st floor at the bottom of the chunk. Lowering the floor beneath them by 2 or more blocks, and moving their spawner down to sit on the new lower floor, will put them in the next lower chunk and greatly increase their range for resources. This could also get your Potion Maker closer to underground mushrooms if he's not producing well. Putting a small room even lower than this & turning out the lights will give you space for another layer of Treasure Hunters as well.
