Starbucks (Growable)

描述
"Starbucks" a coffee brand that everyone would be familiar. This item is a little shop of Starbucks that is a growable commercial level 3. This building was designed by me which i got an inspiration from many modern and minimalist architectures on Pinterest. Anyway, sofa and table don’t include in this asset. So, you can freely decorate the terrace as much as your want. I hope you'll like this building!

its nice, but its grown on a 2X4 commercial lot and so there is a mass of 'empty' generic grass in front/behand. Would be good to maybe force it to only grown on 2x2. Thanks though!

if you have something like an asset that is required to see the growable then it is required.

@Tomass038 It's a growable commercial low. So, if you paint the commercial low on some area, it will automatically grow up based on game AI. Anyway, if you need to place this building on a specific area by your own. You may need additional mods like plop the growable mod, which let the growable thing not ruin by game AI. You also need to subscribe find it mod, which let you easily search this starbucks in game. Additionally, you may need subscribe to move it for letting you easily move this building to the area that you want. Hope this guide will help :steamhappy:
