Subterranean "SubT" -- Chicago Music Venue

I'm new to making assets but my hope is to make a series of Chicago music venues. In this time of Covid, I'm missing live music more than anything. Here's the first of some of my personal favorite places in Chicago.

Subterranean is located in Chicago's Wicker Park / Bucktown Area near the corner of North, Damen, and Milwaukee Avenues. It is known commonly among locals as "SubT" and has been a mainstay in the local music scene for a few decades. After the whole virus mess is over, make sure to add SubT to your to-do list when you visit Chicago.

The building's stats are the same as the 3x4 vanilla night club building.

A couple things:

The model sits back a little in the lot, I suggest making sure you have the Move It mod if you want to fine tune that at all.

The marquee in my model features Chicago local music acts that are worth checking out!

Why don't the windows light up?
They don't in real life either. The first floor windows are covered by curtains. One of the stages backs up to the second floor windows, so they're always covered in black fabric. The third floor windows show into the artist green room which always has very dim lighting.

Why are there no windows on the sides?
There aren't any in real life. the building is wall-to-wall.
