What’s this?:
An example of Modernist/Brutalist Architecture, straight from the fictional Soviet City of Guvsk (see youtube link below). This building serves as the fictional base for Guvsk’s own Polytechnic University within the city, but of course you can do with it what you please!

Stats:
Main Mesh：2,774 Tris (has Diffuse, Specular, Normal and Illumination map)
LOD：210 Tris (has Diffuse, Specular, Normal and Illumination map)
Building serves as a Landmark in game.

Well, it does remind me some Navy academy near the Saint-Petersburg for some degree. So it's a great fit even if fictional!

Hey! Thank you all for the kind words.

No, it doesn't have any specific real life version that I was trying to attempt, but there are a few buildings like it, that I took elements from. There's a University building here in the UK in Nottingham that a lot of elements were taken from!

As for those ideas for new project suggested by segasonicshadow17, I like the Belarussian model, and I do have a building that is going to come out in a bit, that is quite similar!

The Ukrainian buildings are a little bit more on the Neo-Classical, and I would worry that I wouldn't be able to capture the decorative details! But...who knows! One day.
