Well I didn't know that you would ask but I plan to use it multiple times (hence why I need it more generic) for office/technology / R&D park for which I will use IT cluster specialization, I have Ai changer so I can change it to IT cluster on my own (I planned to), you should make the one that you think that people will use the most.

I can make a second version of this building without any inscriptions. Leave it the same type (office) or make it a different type (industrial / commercial)?
