This is a modified version of moejorris' Captain Falcon changed to be more balanced with the TKM DOU character list.

Moveset based on his appearances in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Super Smash Bros. Melee

Adapted frame data and feel (warning, not all moves and frame data are 100% identical to melee/ultimate)
