1 September, 1939.

Operation Weisz for the invasion of the territory of the Polish Republic begins.

The Wehrmacht began a siege of the city of Danzig, the city was not taken on the first attempt, and the offensive had to be halted. Then six German divisions were withdrawn from the area of operations with the task of capturing Danzig. But even on the second attempt the Wehrmacht did not manage to capture the city. Because the city was guarded by [/b]four corvettes and two destroyers[/b], which actively shelled Wehrmacht positions.

Therefore, a small group of submarines was sent to the port city of Danzig to destroy Polish corvettes defending the city.

Началась операция "Вайс" по вторжению в территории Польской Республики.

Вермахт начал осаду города Данциг, с первой попытки не удалось город взят, и наступление пришлось прекратить. Тогда были выведены из района боевых действий шесть немецких дивизий с задачей овладеть Данцигом. Но и на второй раз город вермахт не смог овладеть. Так-как, город охраняли 4 корветов и 2 эсминца, которые активно обстреливали позиции вермахта.

Поэтому к портовому городу Данциг - был отправление небольшой отряд подводных лодок которые должны уничтожить польские корветы которые защищают город.
