unreal engine 4.24 port of "send nude's" 90's freedom body

2 wheelbase lengths, 2.0m and 2.8m also i've given the car some more cd as the drag was far too low before.

@DickJohnsonFan17 I'd say if you really wanted to use this body in 4.27, go for it and port it over. I'm not martin but if the mod is dead anyways you might as well take over.

@jshmccanna, it takes hours, days, months, maybe even YEARS to update a mod. If you want this to be updated RIGHT NOW, then DO IT YOURSELF.
