Advisors scale based on their level. (mod updated for 1.34)
Added 17 new advisors.
Added 15 new* advisor photos.
Added 39 events based on advisor combos.

Advisors are balanced for multiplayer.

Would love to get feedback on this mod. Compatible with all mods that don't change advisors.

investigator: -0.10 corruption (lowers estate loyalty 0.04)
engineer: -10% fort_maintenance_modifier (bonuses to state maintenance)
researcher: 10% innovativeness_gain
banker: -0.2 interest (bonuses to prosperity and devistation)
philosopher: 0.5 prestige (0.5 splendor also)
natural_scientist: 5% production_efficiency (reduce gold mine depletion chance)
artist: -10% stability_cost_modifer (bonuses to religion mechanics)
treasurer: 5% global_tax_modifier
theologian: -0.75 global_unrest
master_of_mint: 0.04 inflation_reduction (reduces gold inflation)
inquisitor: 1% global_missionary_strength (reduces tolerance of heretics and heathens by 0.5)
pontiff: 1 missionary (does not scale)
court_physician: 5% monarch_lifespan

Advisors will show "Advisor is working" after you hire them. I cannot fix this. Please wait for month tick for modifiers to be updated. You can see advisors modifiers in country modifiers.

If you want to use the advisor images in your mod, go ahead, just give credit. ty.

one way to get around this could be that if you add the advisors skill or contribution to the localization that way player would know what that guy is doing so howerıng over and seeing that recruitmaster : 0.1 global_manpower_modifier would help

I also am unable to see the what the advisors do once they are hired. So if I hire a lvl 2 advisor, upgrade him to lvl 3,4, or 5 his description only says for example: "Reinforce speed 0.0%" and nothing else.

Mod Updated to 1.35
Only fix was church power on the artist was changed to 20% per level instead of 100% (which was a mistake)

With the update all prior bugs have been fixed. Only current issue is I made a spelling mistake, and I'm too lazy to update it. smh.

I tried the mod (the idea is very interesting), unfortunately it didn't work with either the natural scientist (higher production efficiency) or the commandant (more discipline). I have checked the values in each case in the menus, only the basic values are displayed, although I have improved the advisor to level 5.

Thanks for the suggestion! I already have a buff of +1 to Advisor limit, but making it +2 has been something mentioned by other players. Player feedback is important to me, so I'll take this into account for my next update.
