@Smillies, couldn't get it to work unfortunately... even though I've set the options for both the sub buildings and the 'main' building not to flatten the plot, the assets are still causing the terrain to deform. But at least the textures are correct. Thanks

I raise the model slightly so it floats and has no auto foundation. I used a separate sub building for the foundation, but some people who use Building Themes mod have reported issues with floating buildings with missing foundations. Submesh for the foundation might prevent that, but I couldn't get it working so I used a sub building instead.

Love your work.
I'm keen to understand how you implemented the custom foundations... I tried to do the same for terraced housing, but, in addition to the known issue of increased specularity, the script Ronyx published resulted in the textures of the brick work distorting.
